Willing to show me any property I requested. And we looked at a lot, including one oddball auction sale. Even with the new laws in place, she was willing to let me walk if our personalities clashed, but they didn't and she's super-easy to get along with. She was a voice of reason throughout the process as I was starting to get a little antsy as my rental was expiring and I didn't want to renew, but she knew I still had enough time and didn't need to jump into something I wasn't going to be completely happy with. She stayed on top of things throughout the entire buying process and kept me in line with making sure I did what I needed to do. My first dealing with her is when I was house hunting. She was on top of it, searching every thing that came up in my dollar range. Then she found the "perfect" place. Once I saw it I knew this was the place I wanted! She then started the ball rolling and did not stop until every little thing was exactly the way we requested it to be or she was sending it back. Thru all this I have made a great friend. Joni is not just a good real estate agent but as I said before she is an awesome person and I'm very glad to have her as a new friend!
